I wore this look in Seattle at the Pike Place Market, where I picked up a dozen fresh tulips! It was such a beautiful day out, and I was glad to spend it with a couple of my girlfriends. Even though it was a bit windy (as you can let from my crazy hair), it was a perfect spring day!
